MOz X2 - sounds like a heater core leak unless someone shoved a bunch of cookies in your vent. When the engine is cool, open the radiato cap and verify the smell of the anit-freeze matches the smell you experienced inside the Jeep.

Do your windows fog up when the heat is on? I had a heater core fail in my Mark VIII and not only was fluid all over the passenger floor but the windows were fogged up too from the excessive mositure inside the car.

Heater Problems?

Hey guys I was wondering if someone could give me some information on heater problems. I have a 1997 Wrangler and it has ac installed but it is no longer working and thats not a problem because when its nice out the car is top down doors off. But in the winter my heater works but for the first few minutes is smells like cinnamon or some kind of chemical. My first thought was its antifreeze from the heater core any suggestions.. thanks again
