ms04sahara mine works fine for what little off roading i do. i have only had it since oct 07 and have used it twice and it did what i needed it to do. we'll have to see does in the long haul, but for now i give it thumbs up. i know there are better winches out there, it depends on what you need and how much you are willing to spend on it.

wtrubi03 i've heard of guys that really like them and get alot of use out of them. I'm thinking about this winch as well. I figure it's cheap enough to try for myself if it works.

Smittybilt XRC winch

What do you all think of Smittybilt's XRC winch? Is it priced low because it's bad quality or is it priced low because Smittybilt is new to the winch game and trying to make a name by selling alot of winches to boost future sales??
