Thank you all for your warm welcome. I do look forward to interacting with you on Jeep projects.
I am going to move over to the YJ Forum to study the previous posts and to begin to layout my plan for rebuilding my '88 YJ.
Thanks again for the welcome.

New to forum. Bought a 1988 YJ 8 years ago, with intent of restoration. Was unable to begin working on rig until this year. Look forward to having a dialogue with you folks.
It has been awhile since I shopped for auto parts. In my browsing online, I have identified several stores selling Jeep Wrangler parts.
I will be installing a longblock remanufactured 150 ci engine - and most peripherals (starter, altenator, water pump etc.)
Have you all vetted various vendors? Is it appropriate to ask for your expertise regarding parts? There seem to be many vendors and no clear guidance on who is reliable, fair, honest or not.
If this is not encouraged for discussion, please let me know.
Oh, thanks for hosting and participating in the forum - I have great respect for the role that you play.
