frghtlnr2005 You've still got air in the master, Needs to be bled just like bleeding breaks, need to have 2 people and make sure you keep your resevoir full.

Pedal down open bleeder, close bleeder, release pedal and repeat should have it after about 3 times

Who's ready for a dumb question?

So for the last few weeks I have been chasing problems around on my YJ. So all other issues resolved I have one that has been plaguing me. I replaced the slave cylinder and bench it (twice) most if not all the air should be out of it. When I press the clutch in and it is in first gear it will grind and grab. I pulled the engine and checked the clutch ( also make sure I didn't put in backwards). I reset the pilot bearing after I found it out of the fly wheel. Would not having the pilot bearing set right one the flywheel cause it to grab and grind or am I looking for a new clutch.
