Jerry Bransford With the axle jacked up so both tires are off the ground and the cover off, see if you can get it to unlock by rotating one of the tires back & forth. If so, someone may have screwed the fill bolt in too deep (tightened it too tightly) and jammed the mechanism. If that's the case, backing the fill plug just enough to clear the mechanism out is the fix.

Rear Axle Locked at all times

I have a 2005 Rubicon with air lock diff. that stays locked at all times. No air pressure going to rear lock. Pulled cover & dont see anything unusall. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
