AzTJ They replace the slip yoke on the rear output of the transfer case to a fixed one like the front output. The reason for them is to get rid of unwanted drive line vibrations caused by tall lifts and to establish a better drive line angle. When installing a SYE, its also best to install upper adjustable control arms to better align the pinion with the new driveshaft.

What exactly is a slip yoke eliminator and why would I need one???
