lynn I've not been to Trails road. My understanding is that it is an unmaintained but legal township road, moderately challenging with some pretty difficult sections.
According to Google maps it is off of Woodbine Road near Castle Finn Rd.
Check the Pennsylvania forum over at JeepForum for more info; you can probably hook up with some folks headed there.

Serge627 Lynn - Your message ended up erased, however on my email notification, here is what it said...

"Trails Road near Delta PA off Rte 74 is the only legal public wheelin I know.

I go to Tioga county a few times each year for my wheelin fix."

Any more details on Trails Rd?

Irongrave really RC is like in your back yard i wish it wasn't a 3+ hour tow out there. There will be a new park in the area this summer but its still in the cutting phase and not open yet
