Take the Shelter Bay/Gelena Ferry across the Arrow Lakes and head for Trout Lake.
Too much snow still by June/July up in the high elevation. Very small window to get up into Healy Creek...Basically August-mid-September. Even the beginning of August can be tough depending on the amount of snow that winter and how warm the spring/summer is.
