68USMC72 My employer has a mechanic that works on all of our company vehicles and I had him do something minor to my 98 Wrangler, don't remember now what it was he did. But, when he brought it back to me, my right headlight was dimmer than the left. I thought I needed a new bulb, so I changed it. Same thing, still dim. Changed both headlight sockets, still dim. Checked the ground and cleaned it up . . . still dim! WTF!!!

Atthehop If they are dim and yellow it sounds like a poor connection and/or ground.

BLK00TJ Do an H4 conversion. I got mine for $25 on eBay but there are better ones out there for around $100-$150.

Don't do HIDs unless you want to be a tool. No one wants to see them coming the opposite direction.

Dim Headlights

Hey everyone! So i have stock, 2002 TJ headlights. They seem to be very dim and yellow. I have heard they do that over time. I want the brightest lights a can get with stock switches. These aren't fog lights, just the standard round headlights. Probably under $100 each would be my max, preferably around $50 each? What are the BEST? I heard HID's are good but I dont know size or wattage, because I dont know what the stock headlight switch can do. Thank you!
