Thanks!! Yeah I have about 5 inches of lift and not really that much $$ in it, buying stuff used. I have:
150 Adj. trackbar, extended swaybar links, and disconnects
40 Rear drop bracket
That's only 520 bucks for 5 inches of lift that works, I am happy!!!

|upinar||your wheel base will suffer if you dont buy longer control arms, the ride and flex aswell. But i have friend that run 4 inches on stock control arms and it can be easily done.|

I will tell you exactly what I did. I bought a 2 in BB first, wanted to go higher. I then got a 1 in BL and MML to fix my vibes from the BB. I then bought some shocks for a 4 in lift. Next I bought some 2 in tera flex springs. I put these in with the BB. I had some vibration. I lowered the TC 3 washers and this left me with very little vibration, which I can probably fix with 1 more washer. Next I installed extended rear swaybar links and front disconnects. You have to at least have extended links, it rode like crap with the stockers in there with 4 in of lift. Then I installed an adjustable front trackbar and a rear drop bracket. I pieced everything together used and actually came away very reasonable and am very happy with what I ended up with. Hope this helps. Mine does not ride as good as stock but it is not bad at all, and much better than some lifted vehicles that I have driven. This is my latest pic!

thats no problem.. i know the stock shocks will fit a 2" lift only for the road so you can get some spacers for now from ebay or something and then when you get the springs you will need to work out a deal with the seller to get a 4" longer shocks. As Lower Control Arms go they wont be required but since as the springs get longer the bumpstops will start hitting them when extended. Take a look at my picture, now imagine there is a spring in there going vertically. the spring would be hitting the right side of the bump stop since the bump stops are crooked forward to help make the "arc" of the control arms. With longer control arms it will move the axle to the right in my picture and clear the bump stop. I believe nico had this problem also.
For a 4" lift you will need to drop the transfer case skid about an inch or so and make the bracket for the tcase shifter linkages unless you got sye kit. for the bracket you can use one of those advance adapter brackets that puts the thing that holds the linkages from the body to the transmission.
Yes you will need extended waybar links too unless you allways run disconnected.
The other problem you will run into is your track bars. You will need adjustable front and rear track bars so you can align your axles. For the rear you can go with a bracket but for the front every one will recommend a new adjustable track bar.

spacer and spring lift question?
hey guys I wonder it would be ok to do this;i have a 2'' spacer lift right now. I wonder if I get 2'' springs to add onto the spacer to create a 4'' inch lift, will be ok? I know I would have to get extended shocks also.
I really dont get the purpose of aftermarket control arms besides adjusting caster.. and is there anything else I would need to do to make this happen. ie extended swaybar endlinks?
I am so used to lowering cars, this is my frist truck to lift.
