|gixxerphil||I have the Pavement Ends on my TJ. I only use it for about 7 months a year, so it has lasted me for 3 years with no problems. It is louder than my factory top was, but that really isn't an issue for me. If I don't buy the Rampage frameless top for this year, I will be putting my trusty Pavement Ends top back on.|

Pavement Ends is Bestop's entry-level brand. Still a quality top, but without the same warranty, fabric, and features of the Bestop. And yes, the Bestop fabric is worth the extra money.

A lot of people settle with just the hard top. Brand new tops for sale all the time.
I paid $500 for a used 2 door. See for less then that.

Pavement ends is a Bestop sister company.
I would look in the classifieds for a new/used OEM.

Pavement ends replay soft top vs bestop sailcloth soft top
In the market for a new soft top and Quadratec has two in particular I am looking for on my 2008 Wrangler X:
51202-35 - Pavement Ends™ Replay Soft Top for 07-09 Jeep® Wrangler JK 2 Door - Quadratec
Bestop 79136-36 - Bestop® Sailcloth Replace-a-top™ with Tinted Windows for 07-09 Jeep® Wrangler JK 2 Door - Quadratec
Is the Bestop Sail cloth really worth the money? Or would I be good saving $300 and getting the Best Top? Thoughts. Thanks as always
