|4point||I ran 3 sets of them on my Dodge 3/4 ton before the started using the kevlar. Each set gave me 40-45k mi. Thats why I kept buying them. Plus did fine off-road for what a 3/4 ton 4wd needs to do.|

The salesman did say that the tires have a kevlar belt inside them. I could have used them about a month ago. I backed up over a small bush i didn't see and put a small limb through the sidewall of my tire.
I am still searching the webb to find more info.
Thanks for the replies.

|txjcb||I've got a set on my Duramax that have put 17k on. They are very quiet on the highway. I'm not sure how long they have been out but so far I have liked them.|

|scotiez||I put a set of these on my Jeep in December. So far i like them alot, they have great traction and they are quiet on the highway. I haven't had them long enough to know how the wear is but im sure they will be good. From what i read they also have the armor protection into the side wall for protection there too. I'm not sure how long goodyear has been making these, but i think they have been out for a couple of years.|

Goodyear Silent Amor tires
I just seen them in a tire shop and they look rather nice. Sort of what I was looking for. A quiet all terrain tire.
Has anybody heard anything about them...good or bad?
How long have they been on the market?
The salesman said they have a road life of 50,000 miles.
