Hey, thought I'd share a success story here. I bought an '11 used. I was the second owner and also found that mine came with the hard top plus soft top (dual tops group) but no windows or door surrounds. The used car guy knew the previous owner and she claimed she had never used the soft top before and did not receive any extra parts from the dealership.
Went down to the original dealership today with my VIN (as well as the original owner's name) and they were able to scrounge up windows, surrounds, tailgate bar clips and velcro straps! As others mentioned... two big boxes.
For others in the same situation... this may help in your venture. I was completely blown away that they would hand over $500+ in parts two years after the original sale. Damn!

Aaaahh! Thanks guys. The pics helps a lot. I will be picking mine up in two weeks and wanted to make sure I was well informed. I have the same dual top option.

The door surrounds are the L-shaped brackets here:
^ The black plastic that starts a few inches above the door latch in that pic.

|daggo66||They are a plastic piece that attaches to the body and the roll bar and "surrounds" the door. It has an area that the windows tuck into. It creates a seal between your top and your door.|

I am trying to figure out what door surrounds are?
If I understand correctly, you have three windows (Two side windows and the one back window which should all be in one box). May be I am having a brain fart but what are door surrounds?

Dealer called today - they have my soft top windows, still boxed up. The salesman said the techs removed the box from the Jeep so it wouldn't 'disappear' before the Jeep was picked up, but didn't tell him. Anyway, happy ending.

Thanks for the replies; just what I thought. I do have the tailgate bar which was attached to the soft top. Somebody pilfered the windows....
I'll let you know the outcome when I hear from the dealer.

^^^ 2 boxes should have been in the Jeep when you picked it up. One with windows and 1 with door surrounds. The back window should have been separate and the tailgate bar attached to the soft top roll.
EDIT: Back window is rolled up in the box with the side windows.

In a separate box. Door surrounds also.
Top is tucked mounted in the back and must be removed or risk of damage.
Edit--forget the last part. You knew that haha

2012 with dual top but no soft top windows
Got my new jk (6 wks from order date), white with 6 speed manual, 3.73's and dual tops (and all skid plates accounted for). After taking the hard top off two weeks ago, I pulled the soft top and put it aside in the garage still wrapped up. Yesterday I unwrapped the soft top to see if they had the windows laid flat so they wouldn't crease. No windows!
I let the dealer know I was missing the windows, and asked him if the windows are shipped wrapped in a separate package with the dual top order, thinking that would be the most logical way to ship them (rather than wrapped up with the soft top). He didn't know but said he'd look into the missing windows.
Anybody know how soft top windows are packaged shipped on JK-dual top orders?
