Ibuildembig Sounds like you need some good spacers that are thicker

aJeep4Jaime So after buying 5/16 spacers that don't allow enough thread for the stud to grip I looked into spacing the steering stops but a prev owner has tach welded one side....

Any words of wisdom? Driving on the road, I am getting used to when it will rub & can avoid...my concern is offroad, if I'm in a tight spot I will have trouble getting out...

Thanks!

aJeep4Jaime Thanks, I didn't think of that!

Big Cole Your rig will look odd with only spacers on the front. I'd suggest adjusting your steer stops using some washers, which will keep the tires out of your leaf springs.

95 YJ with 3 inch lift..31's rubbing

I had 31x10.5r15 installed and they are rubbing on the leaf springs & sway bar when I turn.

I want to get spacers to fix this issue, but I see they are only sold in pairs.

My question, is it safe to only put them on the front? Would it be obvious by looking at it? I'm thinking I should get 4 but they aren't as cheap as I thought they would be, so I might stagger the purchase but just wanted any opinions/advice.

Thanks!!
