Yep, you need a new front driveshaft as your lift has torn the boot. Don't use it anymore--it'll be bad news.

Need some advice
I have a 07JK with a 3.5" rubicon Express lift and 35" mud grapplers. We got our first snow today and the grapplers aren't great on-road in snow so I put it in 4HI.
When I accelerate, I hear what sounds like rocks & paper clips rattling around in a can. I brought the jeep home to check it out and noticed the booty on my front drive shaft has torn. The driveshaft has about 2" of clearance between the skid plate and must have rubbed at some point. I cut the dangling parts of the booty away, thinking it may have been rubbing, but the noise is still there. Any advice as to where to look next or what it may be? Has anyone else had this problem?
