Winch on Tube Bumper

I was just given a tube bumper for the rear of my TJ.....Very nice.

So now I must replace my stock front bumper. Can I put a winch on the tube bumper in the front? I'm thinking about buying this one but If I can put a winch on it...that's going to be a problem.

What do you think? Is it doable?
