peterbiltjunkie did you seat them and then adjust them out 3/16'' ?

Nubby55 I put mine at about 3/16" set timing with vac. disconnected @ 10* BTDC then adjust the carb.

peterbiltjunkie set timing at 12 degrees but just cant get i to even out I dont know if maybe fuel mix is off or what. What is good position for needles

RednekYJ Whats your timing at? I think stock it's 8degrees and when you nutter it you need to be at 11-12

need help

engine would idle smooth before nutter but would fall on its face at nything beyond 2000 rpms. i nuttered it and now i cant even get it to idle smoothly. starts hard and runs like sh#?! any ideas where i went wrong? thanks in advance
