Can't wait for my order to come in!
That was my problem. My 3 year old would sleep, head slung forward, and have an indention on his face from his cheek laying against the buckle that goes across his chest. Kid's a heavy sleeper and no way does it look comfortable. Hopefully this will help.

Jedi9 I had some 1/2" aluminum stock, cut out 11 pieces, double stacked the front four, single stacked the three in the middle. Looking good now.

Sounds like if you order today, you'll get it in by the end of the week?!!
I just bought those last week, and installed them this past weekend. Very well made, extremely easy-to-follow instructions.

The hardest part of the installation is the removal of the four bolts that my impact wrench couldn't reach, so I had to use a socket wrench. But once I was done, it was very noticeable, and much more comfortable. My wife thought I was nuts because "no one sits back there". Our son (he's 3). "Yeah, but he's in a car seat." Still, if I want him to be more comfortable, as well as any other adult that happens to sit back there, NOW they will!

I definitely recommend this guy from ebay - that's what I ordered. There's another guy selling the same thing, except the pieces are made out of aluminum and ten bucks more. These are acetal plastic and black, so they match the carpet and surrounding mats.

Oh I agree that it would be very nice to adjust the angle.... It just looks a wee bit more involved than what my motivation level is at the moment lol.
