That sounds nice. when you start the project, if you dont mind, document each step with pictures and post it. I for one would love to "watch" it being build.

echo2 This was a test bed for one I want to make out of aluminum. This winter I'll make a good set of drawings on it. it will be a more refined piece. I'll be using the bed liner on it.

it's helpful to take out the center rope of the paracord- makes for a smoother, less chunky wrap!

EPM81 Did some more rattle can painting. Headlight bezels, grill, front and rear bumpers, and 3" strip along the hood. Rear bumper had a decent amour of surface rust.

Thanks! This is what I used. They cut real easy. Once you mark it out where you want to cut take the razor knife score the line, then apply more pressure on your second pass, the blade followed we it was scored.
