yellowjeep01 I'm no mech. but have been around boats all my life. Your leak could be coming from anywhere.
Water flows down hill so start at the bottom and work your way up looking for leaks. Break your jeep into sections; front, rear, right, and left. Start at bottom door seal and work up with garden hose (great if you can get someone to sit inside and look for drips). Then move to seals around hard top, etc. Work your way around the entire vehicle.
It may take some time but if patient you should find where water is coming in.

Also, check to see if the problem isn't water condensation dripping down from A.C. duct work under the dash.

Good Luck

raining in engine misses, sometimes feels like runs rough, kicks, flutters...they keep saying code doesn't show anything...
they need mechanic to drive it and detect it when its idling

leak...who knows where from....i can't even wash and rinse it without it getting both sides of carpet wet now.

went for 5th repair, went to pick it up...said dry, went to car and me and service manager...when i picked up floor mat...still wet...yet repair ticket said dry

they are trying to blame now on hard top being removed and not put back properly and seals...yet they've changed door seals several times.....i don't remove top and I've told them that...appears trying to blame me as customer instead of fixing problem

HyperMunky I have one too but I don't have any problems with mine. What do you mean the engine misses and where is your leak coming from? Hardtop or soft?

I purchased a 70th anniv edition Jeep Wrangler 2011

Looks nice, but engine misses and water leaks. Had 4 repair attempts on leaks.

Is anyone else with this model having similar problems?

I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty that has no leak issues...love that jeep.
