in need step-by-step process for water seal and snorke/exhaust

Even though I am a first time jeeper, I am getting ready. I don't have nearly enough budget to do the modifications I want yet, but getting everything in order.

I am looking for a step-by-step process that I can follow to making the engine compartment water tight, adding a vent, snorkel, and stacking the exhaust up.

Therefore I can go into water, at elast up to the door frame.

Any tips, advice, pictures, comments, or other are welcome.

Like I said, don't have the money for it yet, just want to know what I am getting into.

Thanks All!
