944.0 Mine are the rugged ridge ones. from what I can tell all the screws on the hinges have bolts in the back. The only problem I see with the welding is you would cover the screws. But sense there a pain to get out anyways, that may not be a bad idea lol

well thats a PITA. which bolts exactly have lose nuts on the back? i may see if i can come up with another way to relocate my bracket. what brand bracket are yall using? i want to see the most common design then see if i can just weld something onto the side of my current brackets to allow the mirrors and weld a tab on the front for lights!

unbolt the roll bars at the WS. fold WS down. there is a row of bolts along the top edge of the dash and the bolts by the speakers. not sure what dash pads you'll need to take off and gauges disconnect to move the dash any distance.

my question. what do you need the dash off for? i thought the mirror re-locators were just WS brackets with something on the sides to add mirrors and all the bolts were from the outside? i want to add some to my jeep but if i have to remove the dash i may change my mind

nano666 ^^ he's right ...fold down the windshield and all screws and bolts will be accessible ....but the dash will only slide off about 6-8 inches before the steering wheel stops it

DReep95YJ I unbolted the roll bar where it attaches to the windshield, then unbolted the bolt to the windshield hinge so it would fold down. I believe I was able to then see the bolts holding the dash on, it's been awhile since I did mine but all in all folding the windshield down it took me about an hour and a half start to finish to install the mirror relocating brackets

Jaredaamy I just did that last night but I didnt loosen the dash just had to jam my hand in there with a box end wrench took me 4 hours to do it but I would love to know how to get the dash off also

Nsoares3 I just removed the brackets that hold down the windshield over the speakers. Gave just enough wiggle room to reach under dash with socket and/or box wrench and have someone loosen while you hold under dash. It was a b*tch but I got it.
