scott howard 31 inch swampers will be fine. i have never seen 32's.
33 inch tires will start reducing the power to where you would want to regear.

New to wranglers need advice

My jeep is a 89 yj with the 258 six and the auto trans, every thing is stock except for the nutter bypass and the rear bumper with tire swing. I am wanting to lift it and put some lunchbox lockers in both axles. For the lift i am leaning towards bds 2" kit with full military wraps on both ends of the springs and 1" shackles. For the tires i like the super swamper tsl radials in 32x10.50x15 on stock alloy wheels. Now for the axles, this is where i need some help. I have 307:1 gears which is fine for the 30x9.50x15 s that are on there now. My rpm's are about 2500 at 65 mph will this ratio be fine for the 32's and what lunch box lockers would be the best to use. I use this jeep to hunt out of so most of the time its on gravel or in the woods except to run to town every now and again for gas, snuff, and beer. I dont play in the mud unless it means getting to a deer i will be jumping logs and crossing creeks. Thanks in advance for any info yaw send my way.
