DSmith1178 I just ordered a 2012 Unlimited Rubicon in black. Every option except side air bags, block heater, and smoker package. MSRP is $41,525. With the Tread Lightly 1% under invoice my price is $38319. Oh....i also got 730 nav since there are the two nav options.

Up Hill Bill Absolutely all the information you could possibly need is answered in this thread - especially in the first two posts:

Duffyc04 Correction: the discount is 1% under invoice, which is what I got with my supplier discount. Although many on here have negotiated 2% under invoice.

Duffyc04 If you have tread lightly membership or a supplier discount, you'll get 2% under invoice without haggling...I'd reccomend this route. I did it and it was painless.

About to buy a 2012 Rubicon... what is a fair price?

I am looking to buy a black on black 2012 Rubicon Unlimited. It comes with basically everything... leather seats, heated seats, Body Color Painted Top and Fenders, Max Tow Package, Dual Top, Side Airbags, Media Center 730N, Remote Start, Air Conditioning temp Control, etc... Sticker is $42,900.

What is a fair price for this car. Don't know invoice price yet, but in relation to MSRP or Invoice, what is a fair price to offer them?
