Solved my death wobble, now a question

Well a set of energy suspension track bar bushings and new Monroe LT front shocks solved my death wobble on my 2005 Wrangler Unlimited with 68K miles on the clock.

While I was at it I replaced the front sway bar bushings, the rear track bar bushings and rear shocks as well and it really made a huge difference in the driveability of the Jeep.

I also purchased rear sway bar bushings from energy suspensions, if I back the Jeep up on a set of ramps can I get to the rear sway bar and be able to remove it to replace the parts or will the sway bar be loaded in anyway and I will not be able to get it back in place?

When I did the front sway bar one vehicle ramp was a little lower than the other one and it applied some pressure on the sway bar, hence me asking this question.
