1989 Jeep wrangler help Wind Shield wipers

Hey guys,
I could use some help in identifying whats going on with my wind shield wipers... So i checked the fuse and the only one i could find that was labeled windshield reads "RR Wiper" The fuse that is in there seems to be functional. I believe something might be mis-wired something like that. BUT the thing is is that the motor to pull wind shield wiper fluid is functioning fine. Im not sure if the wind shield wipers and the motor that pulls wiper fluid are connected? If they are i'd assume something is mis-wired.....any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
