TJWenatchee It can be welded. A muffler shop could do it for you. It may last for years (though doubtful) or it may break the next day. The only real solution is replacing it either with the new and improved stock replacement with the expansion joints or installing a custom exhaust of some type.

Cracked exhaust manifold?

I just brought home a new to me '98 TJ with 123K miles.
One of its issues is a crack in the weld where the two exhaust manifold pipes come together ahead of the flange to the exhaust pipe.

Is this something that can be welded?
What is the fix? Any estimate on how expensive?
