tnjeeprider Check the welds at the bottom of the frame that the glass tracks in. The upper frame meets at the top of the main door section and the welds are famous for breaking, allowing the upper section to pull away at the top. I took a C-clamp at pulled the broke section together and welded it. Problem solved, door shuts tight.

budro It sounds like the door is sprung, if I'm reading your post right. Are you talking about the top of the door on the striker plate side?

If so you may be able to bend the frame by placing a block on the bottom and using a little force to push it back in........I had a similar problem with my door only on the passenger side top. I have a 92 also.

hard doors help

i just bought steel doors for my 92. the doors came off a 92. they fit good except the driver side. right in the corner where the striker plate is there is about a 1 inch gap and im sick of it snowing in my jeep. any sugestions?
