jamesS I drive them on the roads all the time. I'm about 8km from the really good stomping grounds and have to get there on the asphalt roads.
The front tracks have a hydraulic ram thats tied in to my steering, it pushes down on one set of boggies in the center of the bottom of the track that cause the front and rear of the track to raise...this minimizes the area in contact with the road for steering when stopped.
I switch it off when moving...no need.
I am still considering Hydro assist...will help when the lockers are on.

efryday You may want to gets some friends together, head to the woods, a go wheeling for real. Mall safaris are ok for picture ops, but nut a recommended training ground.

You may want to check the snow to make sure its not super soft and you sink in it lol

Rpkittle ^^ Awesome! I am not very experienced, but would like to try this. I guess its all about staying with in your limits. Any tips to safely do something like this? The only mod I know i have is a set of 31's.
