Jerry Bransford My Bestop seat did the same thing on the driver's side seat bolster. I'd find an upholstery shop and just have them repair it and replace the foam with better quality foam.

s14sh3r Is the general consensus that the Bestop seat covers are good, but the Bestop seats themselves are not so good? Eventually, I'll get around to addressing my craptastic seats. The drivers side bottom foam is worn out, so I don't know whether to try to buy new foam + seat covers, or new seats.

TJNewbie Thanks for the replies. they do look good in the pic, and pretty well priced.

Jerry Bransford I've had them in two different TJs and really like them. They are vinyl but they're also textured so they don't feel like normal vinyl. They fit perfectly and tight so you'd never notice they are just a seat cover. I like mine a lot.

billybobjoe I've had them on my 2000 for about 5 months. Personally I think they are great. They fit tighter than I ever imagined a seat cover could and they almost look like they came originally on the Jeep. Bestop definitely did their homework here. Material is, like you suggested, a mix between denim and vinyl, it's pretty comfortable, you can slide right in and out of the seat but you don't stick to it. Water and junk wipe right off them. I havent had them on in the summer so I cant say what they are like with the sun beating on them. Other than the summer sunshine factor which I can't comment on I can definitely recommend them.

Bestop seat covers

Does anybody have these seat covers? are they decent covers? and are they vinyl or denim or a mix? Thanks.
