8.8 & soa

Ok so i just picked up an 8.8 out of an explorer and going to slowly start building it and buying all the necessary parts to perform the conversion and SOA. I know a ton of people have done this and probably have a forum for it already but i couldnt find exactly what i was looking for. Here is a list that i can think of.

1. Conversion Kit from M.O.R.E
2. 4:88 Gears for 35" Tires
3. Slip Yoke Eliminator?
4. Some Kind of locker not sure yet. (Cheap and Reliable)
5. CV Drive Shaft (Front and Rear or just Rear?) (And What Size)
6. E-Brake Cable for YJ.
7. New pads and Rotors.

Please let me know if i am missing something and possibly the best and cheapest place to get these parts from. And any input or things to watch out for would be greatly appreciated.
