Casotakar1229 Yes, I was referring to the plastic flares. I want those to be color matched to the body of my jeep. Thanks for all the responses. Any others have input?

mjfitzner Those are just the flares...is that what your talking about? If so I know on my 06 its just removing some odd square nuts and they come right off

Chandler I have a 2003 wrangler and I "rhino-lined" the fenders. You need atleast 2 coats if not more

Fender questions

I am getting into a new 2012 2dr tomorrow (hopefully, cross fingers!) and I was wondering if anyone has professionally painted their fenders or painted them at home? I don't quite like the plastic look and want it to look more flush with the car's glossy black. Please post a response if you know anything about it and if you've done it yourself/had it done, POST PICS!! Greatly appreciated. Thanks.
