kjeeper10 What year jeep you have?

Mine is an 07 and the only bolts that gave me issues, the front right shock and front left axle UCA. The UCA bolt I have new, awaiting a day to cut it out and replace.
Other than that if the DEWALT did not break the bolt a breaker bar did easily. Fished out with the impact.

tstdmy What area do you live in? I live near landmark and could possibly help for about the next hour or even during the day next week. I have tools I just need to know what size sockets.

thanks for the input. I actually have a dewalt impacy gun but it doesn't have enough power to get the control arm bolts turns. funny because i bought it for this project a couple days ago.

i'm putting in a teraflax 2.5 coil lift so it's not real big. the problem with the track bar bolt that i stripped is that it's build into the track bar joint, so i'm looking online for a rethreader kit so i don't have to buy a whole new trackbar just to replace one stripped bolt.

stevebanzai You have a few options here. You can go out and rent a few tools. Whichever you decide is on you. any traveling mechanics in NOVA?

I am stuck installing my lift on the front end. Everything on the rear went really well, but i can't get my control arm bolts to loosen at all and can't get enough down travel to get my new coils in. Everything else on the front end should be easy, i just can't get enough room for the springs. I can't get the track bar all the way off either. I unscrewed both sides, but couldn't get it to come off, which is probably adding to the lack of down travel. I also stripped the screw on the passenger side and now can't get the nut back on. Who said first lift installs aren't fun and angering?

Does anybody live in NOVA or know of any mechanics in the area that might be able to come help me?
