darkproximity i think you'd be alright, but again it makes no difference really if you have a locker up front or not, most people add one to the rear first as it will make more of a difference back there.

The d35 is not known for being a very good axle and is prone to breaking, i've personally had to replace broken spider gears on someones because they literally cracked in half.. you will typically strengthen the d35 a bit when you put a locker in as it will replace the spider and side gears, but then you need to mind your p's and q's because you're still dealing with a sub par axle housing, and ring and pinion setup. you might be fine locked on 31s but i dont think anyone will make any guarantees. What locker do you plan on running?

Mattsyj D35 and a 31" tire

darkproximity not at all.. now depending on what rear axle you have and the tire size you run then you might have a different story

Mattsyj If I don't put a locker in my front axle would it hurt to use the 4x4 if I only put 1 in the back

darkproximity lockers are meant for offroad, how would it hurt anything?
