oIIIIIIo That happened to me awhile back and I replaced the coil pack. This took care of the misfire code.

'00 TJ 4.0 L Check Engine Light

My '00 4.0 L check engine light was on a week ago, Auto Zone scanned it and it came back with a Throttle Position Sensor problem and a cylinder 1 misfire. Replaced the sensor and put all new spark plugs in. CEL back on again this afternoon, scan shows cylinder 1 misfire again! Do i need to replace the coil pack?? Any other ideas? Thanks.
