2011 Wrangler Climate Control Issue

I recently installed an aftermarket stereo into my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Easy install, however after putting everything back together I noticed that air was only blowing out of front vents. Would not switch to floor or defroster. AC works but no heat. I took it to a dealer and they said the climate control unit was faulty and was on back order. Part came into dealer this week and was installed. Did not fix the problem. Mechanic stated that vent control motor was not getting voltage and could not figure out the problem. Took it home, checked the two wires from motor back to control unit, no break in wires, tested motor, works. Checked fuses and relays all working correctly. Checked vacuum lines in engine compartment and all are connected. I have less than 10,000 miles on it and it has never been driven off road. Other than leaving my baby at a dealership for a week, does anyone have any suggestions?
