zoomwide Did 3rd gear have the same problem with the old clutch? Before the clutch went out, of course. I always say, start with the easy stuff, like bleeding the clutch. After doing so, If you are confident the clutch MC and slave are workng right, then dig deeper.

92 wrangler clutch problem

I just finish putting a dual friction force clutch on my 92 jeep wrangler and all the gears catch on very good except for 3rd gear it grinds and my clutch pedal it feels very loose when I press it in like if it had air in the line but I never loosed or removed the clutch master cylinder lines and none of my other gears grind only third gear and if I power shift nothing grinds only when I press the clutch it grinds only on 3rd. Does anyone knows what's wrong with it? HEEELLLPPPPP???????
