Alos it does have the webber carb.
Just a guess but it sounds like a YJ, carbed, depending on area it may only be a visual, at least where I am, we don't have that second sticker in the windshield.
I'd like to make a suggestion, go to www.bustedjeep.com and check out the fuel injection conversion from GM junk yard parts. I had an 89YJ and the weber never did work right even after 2 months of fiddling with it, replacing every vacum line and putting a pressure regulator and throwing holy water on it.

I got my jeep and only half the vacuum lines are hooked up. The diagram in the haynes book is no help. My question is does anyone have better instructions on the vac lines or is there no smog test in pa.
