SurfnSnow That's not bad for a brand new d44. considering it comes with breaks and axles

js2004 I just purchased one of these axles except I bought the Dana 44 with the 3.73 gears with no axle shafts for $799.00 plus shipping. The only problem was the shipping, it came like it was in the picture no wrapping or anything. i called the wrecking yards and they wanted way to much for a used axle this was a good deal.

D44 Anyone?

Saw this over on Ebay today. $1170 bucks isn't bad at all compared to doing an 8.8. If you are lucky you could put your 8.8 together for about a grand and that's if you do the welding on it yourself. This one will bolt right in an go.

(However I want to make it clear that I have no interest in this auction, this product, or the company selling it. I just saw it and thought it was a good deal.)

Normally when you see these they are the housing only.

(Hint, Hint, Frank. Christmas for Kat is coming up soon )
