|yjwrangler||follow the throttle cable through the firewall and into the engine bay into the throttle body, see if it is snagged on anything, that doesn't make sense unless the cable is hung up...its all mechanical so that is fishy!!!what year what engine, and did it ever work right...and more importantly is he really hitting the clutch or is it the gas????|

|jgwalt||thats fishy. something's gotta give there, that's just not right. are you sure your foot isn't just nudging the gas pedal? or maybe the throttle cable is hooked up to the clutch!!|

My cousin has a wrangler and when he pushes in the clutch it just starts revving up. It will rev up anywhere from 2000 to 4000 RPM's. Do you know what would cause it to do that? Thanks.
