Ruggid Ridge makes arm rests and they are a lot cheaper than the Misch. I love having the arm rest as opposed to the cheap door pull.

Door pull replacement

This might sound stupid, but how do you replace the inside door pull on a 2004 Unlimited? After years of complaints by my wife, I removed the passenger side Misch armrest & tried to reinstall the original door pull. How do you get the doorpull back into the screw/grommet? It seems like it needs to be somehow depressed while inserting doorpull to get under screw area. What am I missing here?
