MR.CLIFFORD I usually put a jack under rod ends if they like to move inside the taper. Just put a little pressure on the rod end to keep it from spinning the tighten it again.

If that doesn't work out well ditch it and buy a JKS.

Help with Track Bar

I have the Full traction track bar. it has a screw in tie rod end with the nut and cotter pin. recently i noticed the nut was loose and it has been making a clunk noise when i turn, and hit bumps.

i took out the cotter pin and attempted to tighten the nut down, but the whole stud and nut turn, after a while i was able to finally get it somewhat tight, but this doesnt seem normal, i am not impressed with this track bar, is there an alternative one to use or is just a bad tie rod end? Also if i do get a different bar is it going to make a difference that i had to drill out the hole on the axle end for the bolt to fit with the new full traction one?

any help would be great
