|pkmcd99||Faulty mass air flow possibly. Maybe the egr circuit? The trans clunk was just due to high rpms while moving through gears|

12 Unlimited Sport-ECU Problem? 4k RPM at 4k Miles
I figured I would post my first message on the board about where to get a cost effective bumper/winch combo for my new 12 Wrangler Unlimited. Instead it must be about a transmission/engine censor issue. I was driving my JK into a Walmart parking lot and felt the engine urge to throttle up and I had to apply brakes extra hard to control speed. I pull into a space and went to put the 5 speed auto into park and felt a large clunk through N, R and into P. The RPM then raced to 4000k and I shut the engine off, waited about 3 minutes and turned it on and put in drive again with the same thing happening. It is at the shop now getting diagnosed since the engine stayed on after the second go around. I would assume it is something with ECU.
Any thoughts. Also since I am going to guess alot of force was placed onto the transmission should I get that checked out for mechanical issues?
