Thinking a new battery to be safe

Rubicon has original battery still. Just thinking a little preventative maintenance and replace battery. My truck sat a few weeks and was dead so thinking new for that too. Then again I have more crap wired to it who knows what I did. But jeep has winch on it now, plan on running some more lights on front and back, cb, and who knows what else.

Through work we get Interstate battery's for great price. Can I safely say its a great battery as they used to or what. That or the seats platinum I know but.

Also what size or whatnot do I need or is there a better one to put in over stock specs.

Thanks
