My mirrors are god awful

So i LOVE my 98 sahara, but one thing that i have noticed is that i always have to adjust the mirrors they never stay in place. over the period of about 2 days or so i always have to readjust them, is there a way to tighten them or is it just something to live with? Not much of a need for them anyways considering i have almost no blind spots......

Thanks in advance.
