jeepwayoflife X2. They are made to shut off of there is a short somewhere. I would check each speaker and of they are fine, pull the head unit and check those wires

stjbg01 Check your wiring to the speakers and your grounds. I had a problem with the right front speaker that was interfering with all the other speakers. Once the fault speaker was replaced, everything was fine.

No Audio...head unit working HELP PLEASE

I left my 06 out for the night in a pretty decent rainfall over the weekend. When I went to take it for a drive then next day I put my faceplate on as usual and it powered up just fine. The only problem is I am not getting any sound from my speakers. I have driven in/left the jeep in the rain before and never had this issue. I havent taken things apart yet and am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. If the head unit was acting up it would be more understandable but it seems to be working just fine. Any input would be great. My audio set up is an aftermarket Alpine head unit and Polk speakers in the sound bar and front.
