Jeep Runner
2.5 litre upgrade

I am new to the forum as I am a new jeep owner. I am redoing the jeep. It needs some work both interior and the frame needs some major work. I have an autobody shop doing the frame work, I will do the interior. But I am not sure what to do with the engine. I would be commuting with the truck and doing some off-roading. I would like more power and speed, I may also be pulling a trailer. I would have bought a 4.0 but got a good deal for the 2.5 with under 125K on the engine. What can I do for more performance?
