Any input or ideas?

Hi I sold my last jeep and Iím starting all over again. My new project is a 1987 YJ. I really hate that the fenders are cut- and I have looked at tube fenders they seem to be starting at like 350.00 and up! Yikes! I have heard that you can put TJ fenders and flares on the YJ with some fab work. Does anyone have experience with this? Or what other suggestions do you guys have, this look has to go and to top it off they rhino lined the fenders/flares ugh! which wouldnt be bad if it was done like crap and peeling. lol
My husband is really good at welding just donít know what route to take; I would appreciate any input you have to offer. Thanks
