Rear axle movement/torque steer

So I recently started noticing a LOT of squirreliness on the highway. More than the normal lifted jeep squirreliness. I have a 97 tj, 2.5 with an OLD 4" skyjacker and 33's. I had dw for a bit so I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade my steering to currie currectlync which solved my dw but now I have movement in the rear axle. I checked the bushings and they are all fine (were replaced less than 6 months ago) so I figured it was the old worn out heim joints. I replaced the two lowers in the rear with Johnny joints and it made the ride quality better but the axle still moves. It's extremely noticeable on the highway. When I get on the throttle it straightens out and tracks straight but when I let off it dives to the right. My front axle doesn't move at all during this. Would it be the upper control arm heims still causing this? Or something else? Help me! This is getting increasingly frustrating.
