nick50471 The Green Belt trail runs from Nora Springs to Rock Falls in North Iowa. The trail is easy with a couple hill climbs and a water crossing. The trail is well maintained and follows the Shellrock river. Not challenging but a good place to get started. After a hard rain it gets very muddy and is a bit more difficult.

Public place to wheel

All,

I got my Rubicon 6/30 and the most off road it has seen is a dirty gravel parking lot and my yard. I want to do some VERY mild wheeling. I am about ready to find some class C road and just drive down them

So.....can anyone tell me where I can find some 'rough' dirt roads or even better a little trail that I could drive on just to get some of the Mall Crawler off my new ride?

I live in west des moines, so if there is any thing close, that would be ideal. If I cant find anything, I might just have to tear up my yard a bit.
